Barclays to price 4.3% buffered notes due 2024 linked to Russell 2000

Tacoma, Wash., March 5 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 4.3% buffered notes due March 29, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable quarterly.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price March 26.

The Cusip number is 06747MH41.
