Barclays plans five-year buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Russell 2000

Chicago, March 4 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due March 11, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any index gain up to a maximum return of 58%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on March 6.

The Cusip number is 06747MGW0.
