New Issue: GS Finance sells $106,000 autocallable index-linked notes on Russell, S&P

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 28 – GS Finance Corp. priced $106,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due March 4, 2024 tied to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a 7% annualized premium if both indexes close at or above their initial index levels on any annual observation date.

At maturity, if the return of both indexes is greater than or equal to their initial levels, the payout will be par plus 28%.

If either index either index falls by up to 40%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the lesser performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
