New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.55 million notes due 2024 on basket of indexes, ETF

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.55 million of notes due Jan. 31, 2024 linked to a basket of equally weighted indexes and an exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The basket consists of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 111% of any basket gain. Investors will be exposed to declines of the basket, subject to a minimum payment of 95% of par.
