New Issue: Barclays sells $3.95 million 5.73% buffered notes on Russell, EAFE ETF

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.95 million of 5.73% buffered notes due May 13, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

If the return of the lesser performing asset is greater than or equal to negative 20%, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline of the lesser performing asset beyond 20%.

Barclays is the agent.
