New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.1 million 6.65% yield notes linked to EAFE ETF, Russell

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.1 million of 6.65% yield notes due Feb. 6, 2020 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either underlier’s final level is less than 80% of its strike level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the lesser-performing underlier declines beyond 20%. For each underlier, the strike level is its closing level on Jan. 3, the day prior to the pricing date.
