New Issue: JPMorgan prices $600,000 yield notes on S&P, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $600,000 of 5.25% yield notes due Dec. 3, 2020 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its 80% buffer level, in which case investors will be exposed to any losses of the worse performing index beyond the buffer.
