New Issue: Goldman sells $749,000 five-year leveraged buffer notes tied to Russell

Chicago, Dec. 21 – GS Finance Corp. priced $749,000 of leveraged buffered notes due Nov. 30, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of the index gain up to a maximum settlement amount of $ 1,500 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.

The guarantor is Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
