By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 17 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital plus barrier notes due Dec. 26, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of the lesser-performing index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 144% of the lesser-performing index’s return, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

If the final level of the lesser-performing index is less than its initial level but greater than or equal to its knock-in level, 70% of its initial level, the payout will be the fixed payment percentage, which is expected to be 30% and will be set at pricing.

If the final level of the lesser-performing index is less than its knock-in level, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser-performing index from its initial level.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 22551LQD5) will price on Dec. 20 and settle on Dec. 26.
