New Issue: Barclays sells $1.13 million notes due 2021 linked to S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 7 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.13 million of 0% notes due Nov. 30, 2021 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain of the lesser performing index up to a maximum of par plus 23%.
Investors will be exposed to up to 5% of any decline of the lesser performing index, with a minimum payout of 95% of par.
