New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.84 million review notes on S&P 500, Russell 2000

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.84 million of 0% review notes due Dec. 19, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be called at par plus a premium of 11.2% per year if each index closes at or above the initial level on any annual review date.

If the notes are not called, investors will receive par plus the 10% contingent minimum return if each index closes above its 70% trigger level and will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing index’s final level is less than its initial level otherwise.
