JPMorgan plans four-year annual review notes on S&P 500, Russell

Chicago, Nov. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% review notes due Dec. 19, 2022 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 11% if each index closes at or above initial level on any call observation date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10% unless either index finishes below its 70% threshold, in which case investors will receive par plus the return of the worse performing index with full exposure to any losses.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will price on Nov. 21.

The Cusip number is 48130UN92.
