New Issue: Citi prices $3.84 million of barrier digital notes tied to S&P, Dow, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.84 million of 0% barrier digital securities due May 2, 2025 linked to the worst performing of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each underlying index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 99%.

If any index falls by up to its 70% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
