Morgan Stanley plans to price buffered PLUS due 2020 tied to Russell

New York, Oct. 25 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 2, 2020 tied to the Russell 2000 index, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 27 and settle on Nov. 30.

The Cusip number is 61768DJR7.
