New Issue: Barclays prices $3.29 million 4.5% five-year buffered notes on Russell

Chicago, Oct. 17 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.29 million of 4.5% buffered notes due Sept. 28, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 15%, in which case investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
