New Issue: JPMorgan sells $757,000 uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $757,000 of 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 29, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times any gain of the worse performing index.

If either index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
