New Issue: Barclays sells $1.60 million three-year notes on S&P 500, Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 7 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1,595,000 of 0% notes due Aug. 4, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the lesser performing index, capped at par plus 24%.
If the lesser performing index falls by up to 5%, the payout will be par plus the return of the lesser performing index.
If the lesser performing index falls by more than 5%, the payout will be 95% of par.
