New Issue: UBS prices $5.12 million 9% contingent yield trigger calls on Stoxx, Nasdaq, Russell

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, July 25 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $5.12 million of trigger callable contingent yield notes due July 26, 2021 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 9% if each index closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes are callable at par on any review date after six months other than the final valuation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 70% trigger level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing index.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the agents.
