Citigroup plans enhanced barrier digital notes tied to three indexes

Chicago, July 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due Nov. 4, 2019 linked to the worse performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each underlying asset finishes at or above its 70% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 9.62%. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on July 30.

The Cusip number is 17324CYM2.
