New Issue: Barclays sells $500,000 digital notes linked to Russell 2000, S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., July 23 – Barclays Bank plc priced $500,000 of 0% digital notes due May 29, 2020 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital percentage of 21.75%.

If the least performing index falls, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of that index.

Barclays is the agent.
