Barclays to price digital notes on Russell 2000 index, S&P 500 index

Knoxville, Tenn., June 28 – Barclays Bank plc plans to sell 0% digital notes due May 29, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the digital percentage of 20.8% if each index finishes at or above its initial level.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lesser-performing index from its initial level.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 06746XG98) will price on June 29 and settle on July 5.
