Goldman plans five-year buffered digital notes tied to S&P, Russell

Chicago, June 13 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% buffered digital notes due July 7, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above its 80% threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the digital return of 30% to 33% and the gain of the worse performing index.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
The guarantor is Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on July 2.
The Cusip number is 40055QF23.
