New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.25 million autocallable yield notes on S&P, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, May 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.25 million of autocallable yield notes due May 16, 2019 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The interest rate will be 6.25% per year, payable monthly.

The notes will be automatically called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on Feb. 11, 2019.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its initial level and either index ever closes below its 70% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index.
