New Issue: Deutsche Bank sells $4.35 million 5.2% securities on index, ETF

Columbus, Ohio, May 15 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $4.35 million of 5.2% securities due June 13, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

If the return of each asset is at least negative 20%, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline of the lesser performing asset beyond 20%.
