New Issue: JPMorgan sells $3.56 million four-year review notes on S&P 500, Russell

Chicago, April 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.56 million of 0% review notes due May 16, 2022 linked to the worse performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a call premium of 11.7% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual review date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10% unless either index finishes below 70% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worse performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
