JPMorgan to price 15-month PLUS with cap tied to Russell 2000 index

New York, April 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 5, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus three times any index gain, up to a maximum return of at least 11.6%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC handling distribution.

The notes will price on April 30 and settle three business days later.

The Cusip number is 48129L215.
