New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1 million buffered return notes on index basket

Morgantown, W.Va., March 27 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1 million of 0% buffered return equity securities due Sept. 16, 2019 linked to an equally weighted basket of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index, the MSCI EAFE index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the basket gains or finishes flat, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return, capped at 16%. If the basket declines by 10% or less, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
