New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $521,000 absolute return digital barrier notes on S&P, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 8 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $521,000 of 0% absolute return digital barrier securities due Jan. 3, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the lesser-performing index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 40%.

If the lesser-performing index finishes below its initial level but each index finishes above its knock-in level, 60% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the lesser-performing index.

If the lesser-performing index finishes below its knock-in level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing index.
