New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.78 million autocallable yield notes on index, ETF

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.78 million of 5.5% autocallable yield notes due June 26, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes will be called at par if each asset closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless either asset finishes below its 80% buffer, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline of the least-performing asset beyond 20%.
