JPMorgan plans PLUS due 2019 with 14.9% cap linked to Russell 2000

Chicago, Jan. 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 3, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of at least 14.9%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC handling distribution.

The notes will price on Jan. 12.

The Cusip number is 48129K480.
