New Issue: Goldman prices $1.86 million callable monthly range accrual notes linked to Russell, S&P

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 3 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.86million of callable monthly range accrual notes due Dec. 27, 2032 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will accrue at 8% annualized for each day that each index closes at or above 75% coupon barrier, payable monthly.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date after one year.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its 50% trigger level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
