New Issue: Barclays sells $297,000 SuperTrack notes tied to Russell, Dow Jones

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $297,000 of 0% SuperTrack notes due Dec. 30, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.5 times the return of the lesser-performing index, up to a maximum return of 67.5%.
Investors will receive par if either index falls by up to 40% and will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing index if it falls below the 60% barrier.
