New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $4.78 million 5.15% buffered securities on index, ETF

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.78 million 5.15% buffered securities due July 10, 2019 linked to the worse performing of the Russell 2000 index and the and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the final level of each asset is at least 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the lesser performing declines below the 80% buffer level.
