New Issue: JPMorgan sells $840,000 of digital notes tied to Stoxx 50, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $840,000 of 0% digital notes due Dec. 27, 2018 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index closes at or above its 70% trigger level each day during the life of the notes, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 7%.

If either index ever breaches 70% trigger but each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
