Credit Suisse plans to price PLUS due 2019 linked to Russell 2000

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 4 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 3, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum return that is expected to be 15.5%.

If the final index level is less than the initial index level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC is distributor.

The notes will price Dec. 15.

The Cusip number is 22549D665.
