New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $3.14 million step-down trigger autocallables on three indexes

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.14 million of 0% step-down trigger autocallable notes due Nov. 3, 2022 linked to the lowest performing of the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The notes will be called at par plus a call return of 5.7% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any of the first four annual observation dates or at or above its 50% downside threshold on the final valuation date.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the worst performing index with full exposure to losses.
