New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $6.33 million 15-month PLUS linked to Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $6.33 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 5, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any index gain, subject to a maximum payment of $11.42 per PLUS.

Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
