New Issue: Barclays prices $775,000 SuperTrack notes tied to Russell, Dow Jones

Minneapolis, Nov. 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $775,000 of 0% SuperTrack notes due Oct. 31, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.5 times the gain of the lesser-performing index, subject to a maximum return of $1,570 per $1,000 principal amount.

If either index falls but finishes at or above its 60% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser-performing index.
