New Issue: Citigroup prices $371,000 enhanced buffered digital notes on Russell

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 31 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $371,000 of 0% enhanced buffered digital securities due Oct. 29, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 12.75%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
