Barclays to price five-year SuperTrack notes linked to Russell, S&P

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 16 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% SuperTrack notes due Oct. 20, 2022 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.77 times the gain of the worse performing index.

If the worse performing index finishes flat or falls by up to 40%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index from its initial level.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 17.

The Cusip number is 06744CE64.
