New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.36 million contingent interest autocallables linked to ETFs

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.36 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due April 10, 2019 linked to the least performing of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If each asset closes at or above its trigger value, 70% of its level, on a quarterly review date, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 8.7% per year.

If each asset closes at or above its initial level any review date other than the final review date, the notes will be automatically called at par plus the contingent coupon and any previously unpaid contingent interest payments.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par plus unless any asset finishes below its initial level and any asset closes below its trigger value any day during the life of the notes, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing asset finishes below its initial level.
