JPMorgan plans buffered return enhanced notes tied to Russell 2000

Chicago, Oct. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 31, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain up to a maximum return of 18% to 22%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 31 and settle on Nov. 3.

The Cusip number is 48129HCJ4.
