Credit Suisse to price six-year digital barrier notes on S&P, Russell

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 20 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital barrier notes due Sept. 29, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes above its knock-in level, 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus a fixed payment of 46.5% to 51.5%. The exact fixed payment percentage will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worse performing index.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 22.

The Cusip number is 22550BG31.
