Barclays plans callable contingent coupon notes tied to three indexes

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Sept. 15 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price callable contingent coupon notes due Sept. 30, 2027 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annualized rate of 10% if each index closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes are callable at par on any interest payment date.

The payout at maturity will be par any either index finishes below its 60% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing index.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 26.

The Cusip number is 06744C4N8.
