Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.45 million of 0% autocallable notes due Aug. 20, 2020 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will be called at par plus an annualized call premium of 11% if each index closes at or above its call level on any annual call date. The call level will be 100% of the initial level on the first call date, 95% on the second, and 90% on the third.
The payout at maturity will be par, unless either index finishes below the 70% trigger level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worse performing index.
