Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3 million of 0% review notes due Aug. 13, 2020 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
After one year, the notes will be called at par plus an annualized call premium of 9.25% if each underlying closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call date other than the final call date when the call level will be 70% of each index’s initial level.
If either index finishes below 70% of its initial level, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the worse performing index.
