JPMorgan plans buffered return enhanced notes linked to Russell 2000

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 30, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the index return, subject to a maximum return that is expected to be at least 20.8% and will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it may decline beyond 10%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price Aug. 28.

The Cusip number is 46647MMX8.
