Credit Suisse plans digital barrier notes tied to S&P 500, Russell 2000

Chicago, Aug. 4 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital barrier notes due Aug. 25, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index closes above its knock-in level, 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment of 51.2% to 54.2. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worse performing index.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Aug. 18.

The Cusip number is 22550BER0.
