New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.77 million autocallable yield notes on Russell, iShares EAFE

New York, July 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.77 million of 5.25% autocallable yield notes due Jan. 17, 2019 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be called at par plus the coupon if each asset closes at or above its initial level on any of Jan. 16, 2018, July 16, 2018 and Jan. 14, 2019. The initial level was set on July 12.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon unless either asset finishes below the buffer level, 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline of the worse performing asset beyond the 20% buffer.
