New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $500,000 contingent coupon callable yield notes on Russell

Columbus, Ohio, July 14 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $500,000 of contingent coupon callable yield notes due July 12, 2027 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a monthly coupon at an annualized rate of 7.25% if the index closes at or above its barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on a monthly observation date.

The notes may be called on any quarterly call observation date after one year.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below its 50% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
